The Beatle Brunch Cruise,
Land Ho!

The Beatles should have written a song called “Ten Days a Week”, because that’s how much fun spilled into our Beatle Brunch cruise on the Silverseas Silver Cloud, on a trip around the British Isles, ending up in London on Saturday September 5th.

The smaller passenger capacity made it possible for Beatle Brunch host Joe Johnson to interact with the 280 passengers much easier, hosting a “Beatles Invasion Ed Sullivan” presentation, an actual Beatle “Brunch” by the pool, a Mix and Match Beatles Tea-Time trivia competition, an intimate one on one interview with True Beatles insider Tony Bramwell, and a full blown Beatles tribute concert with veteran British band, The Bootleg Beatles who got the ship rockin’ even though the seas were calm.

The Brunch gang came on board with nearly 100 quality prizes for the passengers: Beatles Monopoly Games, signed Beatle Books and CDs, DVDs, Beatle Brunch tote bags and so much more.

Joe also video taped and interviewed dozens of Beatle fans on-board, plus Cruise Director Judie and ships captain, Luigi.  You’ll be able to hear a special “Beatle Brunch Cruise wrap up show” from the Silverseas next month, but you can catch some of the action now in the downloads section of our website, The Beatle Brunch Club.  Here’s a hint: Join now to win the Beatles Remastered Mono set.

A very special thanks to the Beatle Brunch listeners who came far and wide to join us on the Silverseas, especially Marsha, Greg, Ralph the Limo Driver, Melanie, Michael, Peter and 16 year old Alexandra, plus many others, who will star in our upcoming radio special.  Meanwhile, check out some of the pics. We hope to see you on the high seas again real soon.
