Brunch host Joe Johnson, along with Don E Gee and buddies Tom “Chicken Bagger” Peek, Blake, Tom, George and Adele, perused the cars for sale and dreamed of owning each and every one…especially the Batmobile, which the boys are posed in front of, as if they just plucked it out from under from Boy Wonder.
There were upwards of 500 cars rolling through the auction, including an old Caddy once owned by Elvis. The story goes that when it wouldn’t start, The King popped it with some lead in the front right fender. Hound dog!
George and Adele of Fabulous Restorations joined us and tried to talk Don E. Gee into buying a classic 64 GTO convertible. Don E says he would like to buy it, but riding with the top down, might mess up his hair.
