Ringo Says Y Not Promote
Ringo’s appearance in New York was to kick off promotion for his new CD Y Not. Ringo held a press launch on the set of “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” in the afternoon, where he played three shortened versions of two new songs from Y Not, and a shortened version of The Beatles classic, “I Wanna Be Your Man”. You can check out the performances in the downloads section of The Beatle Brunch Club. And read New Yorker Steve Frank’s Blog of the Day he spent as a press member and audience member in the Fallon audience. Steve is a charter member of The Beatle Brunch Club. After the BBC on-line Chat we received an e-mail from Chris… “thank you so much for having me join you. it was great. I would love to meet all these people. They are so enjoyable.” She fired back answers to every question. She was brilliantly funny, informative and very personal. She shared a great deal of her life from years past. Julian Lennon came to NYC to promote his new single "Lucy", who had recently lost her battle with lupus. Lucy was Julian's classmate whom he immortalised in a painting.

The "Paul McCartney and Friends: Change Begins Within" benefit concert at Radio City Music Hall.
Ringo joined Paul on stage for three songs. Mike Love & Donovan also shared the stage during the encore. Many stars signed this guitar.
